A state-of-the-art technical service

In order to adapt and develop as a function of our customer needs, we implement a policy of continuous improvement and investment in human and equipment resources.

The technical service is composed of more than 50 persons who prepare technical files, program on Catia V4 and V5, and test their programs on Vericut.

Means

High performance programming means: MISSLER and CATIA, UNIGRAPHIC CAM
Computerisation of production management: SYLOB CAPM
Simulation means: VERICUT
Optimisation of cutting parameters: OPTI PATH, SIM-MIL, ACCORD-MIL
Management of tools: GEDIX

Some fields of excellence

	Concurrent aluminium mass casting / stretched machining.
	Machining of noble metals: treated Inconel (1750 MPa), Nimonic C263, titanium family, stainless steel, etc
	Machining of an A340 thrust inverter beam (stamped or stretched aluminium mass) in a single placement.
	Plunge milling or trochoidal machining: Thick parts made of aluminium or hard metals.
	Class 1 part: geometric precision, parallelism, 0.02mm reaming, straightness, 9 micron drilling. Watch CAO film
	Assembly of the GMF floor in Full Mechanical welding.
	Press fitting and simultaneous crimping of engine platform on special press.
